STRENGTH

This strength class focuses entirely on resistance exercises designed to build muscle, improve strength, and enhance overall core stability. Suitable for all fitness levels, each workout can be adjusted for beginners through advanced participants, offering a safe and effective way to increase strength and confidence.

Stretch Class

Give your body the love it deserves. This 50-minute head-to-toe stretch session uses bands and props to help you reach deeper, release stubborn knots, and find long-term flexibility. We finish off the session with 10 minutes of guided meditation, ensuring you leave the studio feeling physically open and mentally clear. All levels welcome—no flexibility required, just a desire to feel good.


ZUMBA

Zumba is a high-energy, dance-based fitness program that combines Latin and international music with aerobic interval training, creating a fun, party-like atmosphere for a full-body workout. The classes move between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. It uses easy-to-follow choreography inspired by salsa, merengue, reggaeton, and hip-hop, making it accessible for all fitness levels to improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and mood. 

Functional Full Body

This functional fitness class combines low-impact, high-energy cardio with full-body functional exercises to build strength, endurance, and mobility. Designed for all fitness levels, focusing on practical movements that enhance daily performance, health, and confidence.

HIIT

Designed for every body, this high-energy, beginner-friendly class uses quick, athletic intervals to get your heart rate up and your endorphins flowing. It’s fast, fun, and totally judgment-free. Whether you’re a pro or just starting your fitness journey, we’ll help you find your "strong" with supportive modifications for all levels.

Each session is tailored to your body and goals, using assisted stretching techniques that help muscles relax and lengthen more effectively than stretching on your own.
