"Hi, my name is Jo and I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist with my masters in exercise and nutrition science. I have a background in training multiple different populations including beginners, athletes, and therapeutic and have a passion in making fitness enjoyable for all!

My favorite aspect about coaching is seeing people transform into stronger and happier versions of themselves in their own day to day lives through healthy nutrition and fitness. "

Sarah Cartulo has been inspiring and motivating clients in the fitness industry since 2007. She holds an AFAA Group Fitness Certification and earned her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification in 2017. Sarah leads a wide range of classes and trainings, including Zumba®, Full Body Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing, Rowing/Erg, and multiple yoga formats. Her energetic, supportive style helps participants of all levels build strength, improve endurance, and move with confidence both in and out of the studio.
